Business Traveler
Clean, close to downtown. Staff appeared to be new. Breakfast was not as varied as most Baymonts.

Family with Young Children
As there are not many choices in Oxford I would say it is ok. They did not have HBO, the hot tub was out of service and empty, the pool had many more rules than other hotel pools and the refrigerator did not cool. I expected a more modern facility, but in reality, it's a motel with interior corridors. The front desk employee was not able to give us directions to the property even though it turned out the motel was on the one, main road in this very small town. ...read more

The hotel was OK. I felt much more comfortable at the Hampton due to the bedding, amenities, and changing breakfasts. If I could have cancelled my reservation with the Baymont I would have.

Traveling as Couple
The hotel was nice. I'm sure the price was a reflection of the location, near a university. I probably would not stay there again if the price was the same.
